The Suijin Zhi Gu Fuzhou Great Health Industrial Park is developed in two phases. The first phase was acquired on August 22, 2023, covering a total area of 129.31 mu and a total construction area of 127,600 square meters. It is planned to have 32 multi-story factories, 4 high-rise factories, and 2 14-story dormitories with 360 rooms, along with related supporting facilities. The focus is on attracting enterprises related to food processing and manufacturing, aiming to create a great health food industrial park with complete hardware facilities, a sound service system, and beautiful greenery. As the first professional food park in Fuzhou, the park is equipped with dedicated facilities for the food industry, such as sewage treatment, gas supply, canteens, and dormitories, and is designed to integrate R&D and manufacturing, transparent factories, cold chain storage, food safety testing, health research and education, and live-streaming direct sales, creating a comprehensive and experiential industrial landmark for "food, health, production, research, and tourism". The second phase was acquired on May 30, 2024, covering a total area of 70.39 mu and a total construction area of 73,000 square meters. It is planned to have 14 multi-story factories, focusing on attracting enterprises related to intelligent manufacturing, aiming to create a great health intelligent manufacturing industrial park with complete hardware facilities, a sound service system, and beautiful greenery.
Investment and Cooperation: The Suijin Zhi Gu Fuzhou Great Health Industrial Park is expected to attract a total of 45 enterprises covering the entire food industry chain. Currently, 26 enterprises have been attracted to settle in.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 2,548 above-designated-size food industry enterprises, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 416.603 billion. A relatively complete industrial system has been cultivated, encompassing agricultural and sideline food processing, snack food manufacturing, and the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages and refined tea. Several distinctive industries, such as fruit and vegetable processing, baked goods, candy, canned food, refined tea manufacturing, and edible fungi, hold leading positions nationwide. Anxi Tieguanyin tea and Wuyi Rock Tea have been selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's first batch of key cultivation list.
