Construction Scale and Content
The planned land area is about 50 mu, with an annual output of 300 sets of intelligent inspection robots and conveyor belt testing equipment, including 65 sets of intelligent inspection robots, 65 steel wire conveyor belt detectors, 65 portable flaw detectors for steel wire conveyor belts, 45 conveyor belt longitudinal tear identification devices, 30 tubular conveyor belt condition monitors and 30 bucket elevator detectors.
Construction Rationale & Supporting Conditions
Longyan has a relatively complete industrial foundation of machinery manufacturing and electronic information. The industrial park gathers multiple energy equipment manufacturers, which can provide supporting services such as parts processing, technical R&D and logistics distribution for the project to reduce enterprise production costs. The project can form industrial clusters, extend industrial chains, greatly boost local economic development, bring good economic benefits to enterprises and deliver remarkable social benefits. Longyan has multiple vocational and technical colleges offering majors such as machinery manufacturing and automation, which can train and supply professional technical talents for the project. Meanwhile, the park actively introduces high-end talents to meet enterprises’ R&D and management demands.

Advanced Equipment Manufacturing
In 2025, Fujian Province had 4,975 above-designated-size machinery and equipment enterprises. The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. The advanced equipment manufacturing cluster possesses a number of advantageous specialty products and industries. It is a national hub for major engineering machinery manufacturing, large and medium-sized bus manufacturing, large commercial aircraft maintenance, shipbuilding and repair, and small and medium-sized motor manufacturing. Fujian's electric vessel sector, with advantages such as a complete industry chain, core equipment market share exceeding 40%, and a leading number of built and under-construction certified electric vessels nationwide, has established multi-dimensional leadership in policy, technology, and application scenarios. Fujian is a pioneering province for the green and intelligent development of coastal and inland vessels in China. Leading enterprises include Southeast Chery, SAIC Motor (Ningde), Xiamen King Long, Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group, and Fujian Mercedes-Benz.
Artificial Intelligence & Robotics
By the end of 2025, 130 algorithms from Fujian Province had passed the national algorithm filing for deep synthesis services within China. The artificial intelligence industry is mainly concentrated in Fuzhou and Xiamen. Policy measures such as the Ten Measures for Promoting the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Fujian Province have been released, and three provincial-level artificial intelligence industrial parks have been established in Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou.
