The project is sited in the 150,000 square meters of idle factory buildings of Yuansheng Zhihui in Ruifeng Industrial Park. It focuses on attracting leading enterprises in the UAV industry to build a multi-functional UAV industrial base integrating R&D, manufacturing, inspection and pilot testing.The project will set up complete UAV production lines for multiple series, including agricultural plant protection, logistics transportation, scenario inspection, maritime rescue, urban high-rise fire fighting and emergency response. Supporting production lines for core components such as flight control systems, carbon fiber airframes and high-capacity power batteries will be arranged accordingly. Meanwhile, high-standard product testing laboratories and an industry-university-research collaborative pilot testing platform will be constructed.A full industrial chain ecosystem for UAVs will be established to develop low-altitude economy application scenarios and build the Xianyou Low-Altitude Economy Smart Platform. Low-altitude economy infrastructure will be deployed across all towns and townships in Xianyou County, including aircraft takeoff and landing platforms, intelligent hangars, low-altitude intelligent internet infrastructure and urban low-altitude smart application infrastructure. A wide range of application scenarios will be implemented, such as agricultural and forestry plant protection (aerial seeding, forest monitoring, etc.), UAV forest fire suppression, medical rescue (medical material delivery), urban high-rise fire fighting and maritime rescue.
