The planned construction land area of the project is approximately 315 mu. Leveraging the ecological resource advantages of Pucheng County and built on key biomanufacturing enterprises including Zhengda Biochemical and Lvkang Biochemical, the first phase involves the construction of standardized production workshops with a planned building area of 80,000 square meters. It will accommodate production lines for a full range of products and supporting equipment and facilities to satisfy the R&D and manufacturing demands of bio-fermentation products. Meanwhile, an R&D center will be established, equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory instruments for cutting-edge biopharmaceutical technology research and new product development.
The second phase covers a planned building area of 56,000 square meters, featuring supporting facilities such as pilot-scale workshops, quality inspection centers, and warehousing & logistics centers. It will facilitate the commercialization of scientific research achievements and build a regional biopharmaceutical industrial hub integrating research & development, pilot testing, mass production and logistics distribution.
