Construction Scale and Content
Phase I: 3 intelligent transformer production lines mainly producing 35kV and below wind-solar-storage new energy transformers, energy-saving intelligent transformers and export transformers with an annual capacity of 8 million kVA. Phase II: Expand high-voltage test hall and production lines for voltage levels of 220kV and above, lift the annual output value to RMB 4 billion and set up a branch R&D center. The annual output of LK350E electric mining trucks and LK110EI electric mining trucks totals 1,000 units.
Construction Rationale & Supporting Conditions
Policies such as Guidelines for Intelligent Construction of Metal and Non-Metal Mines (2025 Edition) stipulate that the replacement rate of intelligent equipment for dangerous and heavy-duty posts in non-metal mines shall reach no less than 20% by 2026. As core equipment for green mine construction, new energy intelligent mining trucks enjoy clear policy dividends. As an important mining and machinery equipment manufacturing base in Fujian Province, Longyan previously had no production capacity for large-tonnage new energy mining trucks. After completion, the project will fill the gap of high-end new energy mining equipment in Longyan and even Fujian Province, and improve the industrial chain of "mining industry + intelligent equipment". The market of new energy mining trucks is booming; industry forecasts show that the domestic unmanned mining truck market scale will reach RMB 30.1 billion by 2030 with broad market space.
