Content and Scale：

The proposed construction project will be carried out in three sub-projects, with the scales of each sub-project as follows: (1) Advantageous agricultural product planting and breeding project: Upgrade and renovate 100,000 square meters (equivalent to 150 mu) of smart mushroom greenhouses, and at the same time build irrigation and drainage systems, farm roads, power and other related supporting facilities. (2) Infrastructure construction project for characteristic agricultural industrial parks: The renovation area is 22,267 square meters, including 10,000 square meters of primary processing plants for agricultural products, 5,000 square meters of agricultural product sorting centers, and 7,267 square meters of cold chain warehouses. At the same time, relevant supporting facilities such as water and electricity should be constructed. (3) "Agriculture +" Infrastructure improvement and Renovation Project: Upgrade and renovate 15,345 square meters (equivalent to 23.02 mu) of the agricultural Culture park and edible fungus picking garden, and build 3,000 meters of plank roads and renovate 200 square meters of public toilets and other infrastructure.
