Construction Scale and Content
The total construction area covers 100,000 square meters, implemented in two phases. Phase I: Construct robot general assembly workshop, parts processing workshop and testing center, introduce high-precision processing equipment and robot commissioning lines, with an annual output of 500 underground inspection robots and 300 unmanned mining robots. Phase II: Construct R&D headquarters building, pilot test base and supporting living quarters, add production lines for material handling robots and mineral processing robots, with an annual output of 1,500 various mining robots.

With the accelerated transformation of mines toward intelligent and unmanned mining, market demand for underground inspection, unmanned mining, material handling and other mining industrial robots grows explosively. Zijin Mining Group has mining application scenarios, technical R&D and market resource advantages. Shanghang County has agglomerated mining industries, complete supporting factors for intelligent manufacturing and strong policy support. The project can fill the domestic capacity gap of high-end mining robots, drive digital transformation of mining industry, extend the local industrial chain of high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing and build a national leading R&D and production cluster for mining robots.
