The project covers a total planned area of 5,376.37 mu (approximately 37 hectares) with a total construction area of 145,760 ㎡. Specifically, the Cross-Strait Agricultural Products Industrial Park spans 167.37 mu (about 10.5 acres) and has a floor area of 137,560 ㎡. The Cross-Strait Agri-Tourism Integration Zone occupies 5,209 mu (1.5 acres), featuring approximately 2,000 mu dedicated to agricultural cultivation, 1,000 mu for forest understory economic planting experiences, and 2,209 mu of preserved ecological forests. The tourism zone itself boasts 8,200 ㎡ of developed space. Key crops include rice, chili peppers, persimmons, strawberries, grapes, tomatoes, passion fruits, along with introduced Taiwanese muskmelons and Hami melons. Forest understory crops such as lingzhi mushrooms, Dendrobium officinale, and wild yam are also cultivated. Approximately 50 primary and deep-processing enterprises will be established, projecting an annual output of 40,000 tons of agricultural products and welcoming around 80,000 tourists annually.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 2,548 above-designated-size food industry enterprises, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 416.603 billion. A relatively complete industrial system has been cultivated, encompassing agricultural and sideline food processing, snack food manufacturing, and the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages and refined tea. Several distinctive industries, such as fruit and vegetable processing, baked goods, candy, canned food, refined tea manufacturing, and edible fungi, hold leading positions nationwide. Anxi Tieguanyin tea and Wuyi Rock Tea have been selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's first batch of key cultivation list.
