The project land area of Fuding Food Valley Industrial Park is 540,600 square meters (about 810.86 mu), with a total construction area of 545,745 square meters. The land is divided into eight blocks for different functions. The first block is the central kitchen, the second block is the comprehensive office area, the third block is the public rental housing, the fourth block is the comprehensive storage center, and the fifth block is the special food deep processing center. Block 6 is the deep processing center of agricultural products, Block 7 is the primary processing and urban distribution center of agricultural products, and Block 8 is the road network and supporting facilities. It is planned to introduce enterprises such as food research and development, processing, production and etc.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 2,548 above-designated-size food industry enterprises, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 416.603 billion. A relatively complete industrial system has been cultivated, encompassing agricultural and sideline food processing, snack food manufacturing, and the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages and refined tea. Several distinctive industries, such as fruit and vegetable processing, baked goods, candy, canned food, refined tea manufacturing, and edible fungi, hold leading positions nationwide. Anxi Tieguanyin tea and Wuyi Rock Tea have been selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's first batch of key cultivation list.
