The planned land area of the proposed project is 200000 ㎡ (about 300 mu), and the total construction land is about 90000 ㎡. Construction of 3 production workshops, complex building (including dormitory), industry-university-research building (including testing, experiment, laboratory) as well as greening, road, power, fire and water supply and drainage and other supporting facilities. According to the production process requirements, purchase three automatic control production line equipment, as well as research and development, test, testing and other supporting equipment. After completion of the project, it is expected to achieve an annual output of 30,000 tons of battery grade lithium carbonate materials.

The development of Fujian's new materials industry is accelerating, with increasing industrial clustering effects, gradual improvement of the innovation system, and continuous enrichment of new material varieties. Leveraging the driving role of these leading enterprises, Fujian has established a number of distinctive new materials clusters with certain influence domestically and internationally, focusing on optoelectronic information materials, advanced chemical materials, new energy materials, advanced non-ferrous metal materials, rare earth new materials, stainless steel, and advanced textile functional materials. 4 industrial clusters have been selected as national-level characteristic clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises: the Fuzhou Changle Textile New Materials Cluster, the Shaowu Fluorine New Materials Cluster, the Jinjiang Sports Shoes Raw and Auxiliary Materials Cluster, and the Wuping Display Module and Material Manufacturing Cluster. The Ningde Wanwu Stainless Steel Industrial Park has been recognized as a national-level new industrialization demonstration base.
