The project is planned to be located in Gaopo area of the High-tech Zone (economic development Zone), with a planned land area of 300 mu and a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters. It is planned to build an intelligent logistics handling system park, intelligent logistics equipment supporting industrial park, and high-end equipment industry-university-research center. Specific include: construction of 1040 annual output (sets) intelligent logistics handling system series production line and annual output of 100000 intelligent logistics equipment supporting series production line and office building (including daily office and data monitoring center functions), technology research and development and testing building, intelligent assembly, automatic stereo warehouse, staff dormitory, canteen, etc. After the completion of the project, the annual output value will be about 1.7 billion yuan.

The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. The advanced equipment manufacturing cluster possesses a number of advantageous specialty products and industries. It is a national hub for major engineering machinery manufacturing, large and medium-sized bus manufacturing, large commercial aircraft maintenance, shipbuilding and repair, and small and medium-sized motor manufacturing.
