Content and Scale：

Guangzhou and Longyan City have jointly established a remanufacturing industrial park for automotive components through a "one park, two zones" operational model. Sub-parks will be set up in Guangzhou and Yongding District of Longyan City to collaboratively advance the development of automotive parts remanufacturing, contributing to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. The Longyan Park, covering 700 mu (approximately 113 acres), is planned to be located at the Wenxiu Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, with the construction and operation entity being the Yongding District People's Government of Longyan City. The park focuses on remanufacturing critical automotive components, prioritizing production of power systems for passenger and commercial vehicles, spark plugs, doors, headlights, and electric vehicle batteries. Upon completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 6 billion yuan.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 4,975 above-designated-size machinery and equipment enterprises. The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. The advanced equipment manufacturing cluster possesses a number of advantageous specialty products and industries. It is a national hub for major engineering machinery manufacturing, large and medium-sized bus manufacturing, large commercial aircraft maintenance, shipbuilding and repair, and small and medium-sized motor manufacturing. Fujian's electric vessel sector, with advantages such as a complete industry chain, core equipment market share exceeding 40%, and a leading number of built and under-construction certified electric vessels nationwide, has established multi-dimensional leadership in policy, technology, and application scenarios.
