Content and Scale：

1. New Long'an substation (500 kV and 220 kV); 2. Biomass heating and supporting pipeline network project of Fuding Industrial Park: about 11,200 meters of new steam pipelines from the boiler house to the Qianqi, Jiayang and Shuangyue plots; 3. Heating pipeline network and supporting project of Fuding Industrial Park: new steam pipeline (DN800, 4,870 m) from the Ningde Nuclear Power pipeline interface to the Wendu heat exchange station (new); new water supply pipeline (DN400, 4,870 m) from the Wendu heat exchange station to the Ningde Nuclear Power pipeline interface; new steam pipeline (DN500, 1,000 m) for the Dongcheng laver processing and drying base section; new steam pipeline network in Wendu Industrial Park (DN300-DN600, 15,300 m); new steam pipeline network for the Dongcheng laver processing and drying base (DN300-DN500, 4,000 m); new steam pipeline (DN800, 28,420 m) from the Ningde Nuclear Power pipeline interface to Long'an Industrial Park; a steam pipeline network monitoring platform; and one new Wendu heat exchange station (covering about 5 mu); 4. Long'an and Dianxia sewage treatment project of Fuding City, with a capacity of 50,000 m3/d and about 16 km of new sewage pipelines; 5. Qianqi waste transfer station project, with a land area of 3,179 m2 and a total floor area of about 475.16 m2; 6. Fuding Times Qianqi Jiutoubi smart parking lot project, including parking lot, comprehensive service building, maintenance and management rooms, restaurants and commercial facilities, battery swap station and outdoor supporting facilities, with 1,000 parking spaces and charging pile facilities; 7. Fuding Sea Area B offshore wind power project with an installed capacity of 1.4 million kW.

Fujian leverages its resource advantages to vigorously develop new energy and renewable energy, focusing on building a significant energy base along the southeastern coast and constructing a diversified clean energy supply system of “hydro, nuclear, wind, solar, gas, and storage.” By the end of 2025, installed capacity for offshore wind power reached 3.83 million kilowatts, with wind energy utilization hours ranking first nationwide for 12 consecutive years. As of the end of 2025, Fujian's power generation installed capacity exceeded 100 million kilowatts for the first time, reaching 100.49 million kilowatts. The proportion of clean energy installed capacity and generation in Fujian reached 65.8% and 57.5%, respectively, both ranking first in East China. Renewable energy has long maintained full consumption. The Fujian Three Gorges Wind Power International Industrial Park became the first industrial park in China to achieve “carbon neutrality.”
