Content and Scale：

The project covers a planned land area of 375 mu and will achieve an annual output of 300 heavy-duty mining dump trucks with a load capacity ranging from 220 to 350 tons per unit. It mainly involves the construction of production plants, assembly workshops, R&D centers and supporting warehousing facilities, as well as the synchronous setup of core production lines covering mining truck chassis manufacturing, vehicle body assembly and power system integration.The implementation of this project will fill the gap in heavy machinery manufacturing in Xianyou County, further drive the industrial transformation from traditional light industries (such as mahogany furniture and footwear & apparel) to high-end manufacturing, and boost the county’s appeal for high-end manufacturing enterprises. It will foster a mining machinery industrial cluster and attract investment from foreign and domestic supporting enterprises covering upstream and downstream links including engine, hydraulic system and electronic control suppliers. Ultimately, the project will build a full-chain base integrating technology introduction, localized R&D and export-oriented industrial outreach.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 4,975 above-designated-size machinery and equipment enterprises. The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%.
