Construction Scale and Content
The total planned land area of the project is about 300 mu with a total construction area of 228,500 square meters. Construction works mainly include main works, auxiliary works, service works and affiliated supporting facilities. After completion, the park can accommodate about 15 auto parts remanufacturing enterprises, with an annual output of 100,000 remanufactured automatic transmissions, 30,000 remanufactured drive motors, 20,000 remanufactured air conditioning compressors and 10,000 remanufactured universal transmission systems.
Construction Rationale & Supporting Conditions
Yongding District is building an advanced manufacturing base at the border of Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi. To expand and strengthen the automobile industry, the district plans to build an auto parts remanufacturing industrial park in Wenxiu Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. The project complies with Longyan’s development plan for machinery equipment manufacturing industry, and can make targeted efforts to attract enterprises and projects by making full use of the city’s existing industrial chain advantages and characteristic resources of auto parts, playing an important role in strengthening and supplementing the automobile manufacturing industrial chain.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 4,975 above-designated-size machinery and equipment enterprises. The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. The advanced equipment manufacturing cluster possesses a number of advantageous specialty products and industries. It is a national hub for major engineering machinery manufacturing, large and medium-sized bus manufacturing, large commercial aircraft maintenance, shipbuilding and repair, and small and medium-sized motor manufacturing. Fujian's electric vessel sector, with advantages such as a complete industry chain, core equipment market share exceeding 40%, and a leading number of built and under-construction certified electric vessels nationwide, has established multi-dimensional leadership in policy, technology, and application scenarios. Fujian is a pioneering province for the green and intelligent development of coastal and inland vessels in China. Leading enterprises include Southeast Chery, SAIC Motor (Ningde), Xiamen King Long, Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group, and Fujian Mercedes-Benz.
