With the advancement of intelligent manufacturing, popularization of industrial robots and rapid development of humanoid robots and collaborative robots, the market scale continues to expand. The whole industry is upgrading toward high flexibility, miniaturization, integration, fatigue resistance and long service life, with continuously improved requirements for shielding performance, bending life and rapid assembly technology. At present, high-end robot wiring harnesses are mostly occupied by foreign brands, while domestic wiring harnesses have obvious advantages in cost, customized production and fast delivery, with huge space for domestic substitution.
