【建设规模和内容】拟规划用地约50亩，总建筑面积约24000㎡，建设环保设备车间、矿山机械车间、精密零部件精加工区、总装调试区及智能检测中心。年产高端环保除尘及脱硫脱硝设备120台套、智能矿山采掘与破碎筛分设备150台套、核心配套零部件5000件，建成智能化、绿色化专用装备制造基地。
【建设理由和条件】龙岩市机械装备产业向高端化、智能化、绿色化转型，环保装备、矿山智能装备是重点发展方向，市场需求持续旺盛。龙岩高新区（经开区）依托全市矿产资源优势与机械产业基础，已形成高端装备、环保设备集聚发展态势，产业链配套完善、要素保障充足、营商环境优良。本项目聚焦高端环保设备与矿山机械研发制造，契合园区产业升级方向，可补强大型专用装备产业链，提升区域高端智能装备制造水平。

The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. The advanced equipment manufacturing cluster possesses a number of advantageous specialty products and industries. It is a national hub for major engineering machinery manufacturing, large and medium-sized bus manufacturing, large commercial aircraft maintenance, shipbuilding and repair, and small and medium-sized motor manufacturing. Fujian's electric vessel sector, with advantages such as a complete industry chain, core equipment market share exceeding 40%, and a leading number of built and under-construction certified electric vessels nationwide, has established multi-dimensional leadership in policy, technology, and application scenarios.
