Newly build R&D building, production workshop, large and small arm processing workshop, supporting facilities including 1 intelligent general assembly production line, forming an annual output capacity of more than 1,000 sets of intelligent exploration and mining equipment supporting non-ferrous metal mines nationwide.

The state strongly supports high-end equipment manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and green mine development. This project fully complies with policy documents such as Made in China 2025 and the 14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development, enjoying a series of industrial support and tax preferential policies. Longyan is vigorously promoting high-quality development of "mining +" economy. As a typical practice of "mining + intelligent equipment", the project can effectively fill the gap of intelligent mining equipment in Longyan, improve the mining industrial chain and help build a provincial-leading and national first-class "mining +" industrial cluster. The accelerated intelligent transformation of domestic non-ferrous metal mines drives sustained growth in demand for intelligent exploration and mining equipment. The implementation of the project can drive the transformation of local traditional equipment manufacturing industry toward intelligence and high-end, improve the overall industrial technical level and core competitiveness, optimize industrial structure and boost economic growth.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 4,975 above-designated-size machinery and equipment enterprises. The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. The advanced equipment manufacturing cluster possesses a number of advantageous specialty products and industries. It is a national hub for major engineering machinery manufacturing, large and medium-sized bus manufacturing, large commercial aircraft maintenance, shipbuilding and repair, and small and medium-sized motor manufacturing. Fujian's electric vessel sector, with advantages such as a complete industry chain, core equipment market share exceeding 40%, and a leading number of built and under-construction certified electric vessels nationwide, has established multi-dimensional leadership in policy, technology, and application scenarios.
