Construction Scale and Content
The planned land area is about 50 mu (33,000 square meters) with a total construction area of 33,000 square meters, including 20,000 square meters of production workshop, 10,000 square meters of warehouse and 3,000 square meters of comprehensive office building. Adopting aircraft digital twin technology, the project carries out overall remanufacturing and component remanufacturing of new and retired mining trucks, as well as after-sales service. It provides low-cost digital twin wind power generation services integrated with "wind-solar-storage-charging" to realize resource recycling, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and promote manpower reduction and electrification of mines. Annual processing capacity: 500,000 remanufactured mining equipment parts and 200 remanufactured complete mining vehicles.
Construction Rationale & Supporting Conditions
Market demand for integrated mining equipment with "intelligent electric drive + digital twin" surges with huge market gap and promising prospects. To realize digital transformation of equipment manufacturing, the project plans to introduce intelligent production equipment and intelligent manufacturing management systems to realize real-time data transmission of all production links. Virtual simulation technology is adopted to optimize production line layout, equipment configuration, production, logistics and other processes, build an intelligent and automatic production mode, reduce adverse impacts of human factors on product quality, and improve production efficiency, product quality and stability. The project helps enterprises realize digital transformation of equipment manufacturing, boost production efficiency and product quality, promote sustainable development, layout the R&D and manufacturing of new energy complete mining equipment, optimize product structure, meet customers’ demand for new energy products and enhance market competitiveness.

The year-on-year growth in industrial value-added was 12.9%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 1,251.44 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%.
