Content and Scale:

Construction scale and content: Production line for crushing, dismantling, recycling and comprehensive utilization of waste lithium batteries, laboratory and R&D testing center, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, hazardous waste temporary storage room, chemical warehouse, canteen dormitory building, power station building, sewage treatment plant, etc. After completion and operation, it can generate a production capacity of approximately 3000 tons of externally purchased waste lithium batteries per year.
【 Reasons and Conditions for Construction 】 The project is precisely embedded in the "2+4" industrial system of Longyan City, especially in the rare earth new materials and energy-saving and environmental protection sectors. It is not only the "raw material warehouse" of the copper aluminum recycling industry chain, but also the "regeneration warehouse" of the rare earth new materials industry chain, enhancing the resource guarantee capability of Changting County's two leading industries through "dual chain complementarity". Ensuring the supply of strategic resources and reducing industrial costs: Renewable resources are known as "urban mines", and their development and utilization can significantly reduce dependence on primary mineral resources, providing low-cost and high-quality renewable raw materials (such as recycled aluminum ingots and electrolytic copper plates) for the local machinery manufacturing and electronics industries in Longyan, and enhancing the resilience of the regional industrial chain.

Fujian leverages its resource advantages to vigorously develop new energy and renewable energy, focusing on building a significant energy base along the southeastern coast and constructing a diversified clean energy supply system of “hydro, nuclear, wind, solar, gas, and storage.” By the end of 2025, installed capacity for offshore wind power reached 3.83 million kilowatts, with wind energy utilization hours ranking first nationwide for 12 consecutive years. As of the end of 2025, Fujian's power generation installed capacity exceeded 100 million kilowatts for the first time, reaching 100.49 million kilowatts. The proportion of clean energy installed capacity and generation in Fujian reached 65.8% and 57.5%, respectively, both ranking first in East China. Renewable energy has long maintained full consumption. The Fujian Three Gorges Wind Power International Industrial Park became the first industrial park in China to achieve “carbon neutrality.”
