The main construction includes civil engineering projects such as standard factory buildings, comprehensive warehouses, comprehensive office buildings, employee apartments, and ancillary buildings, as well as infrastructure construction for water supply, power supply, fire protection, network communication, supporting roads, greening, and the purchase of production, office and other related facilities and equipment. Annual production of 350000 tons of fine quartz powder.
【 Reasons and conditions for construction 】 Zhangping City has certain quartz resources, with a preliminary proven reserve of 1 million tons of quartz. Starting from advantageous resources such as quartz, the local area is promoting the construction of the entire chain of "mining processing finished products", which can fully utilize local resources and achieve high value-added conversion of resources. This project adopts advanced heat sink technology to effectively separate other harmful impurities. By continuously optimizing technical parameters, the purity of quartz sand can be increased to above 4N8 level, meeting the strict requirements of the photovoltaic industry for raw materials. This project complies with industrial policies and national policies, conforms to the urban and industrial planning of Zhangping, and meets the industrial investment requirements of Zhangping Industrial Park. The construction of the project can form a synergistic effect with the existing mining and other industries in the local area, promote the formation of industrial clusters, enhance the industrial competitiveness of Zhangping City, expand urban employment levels, and promote sustainable economic and social development.
