The total land area of the project is about 60 acres, with a construction area of about 38000 square meters. A new factory and production line will be built, and phosphogypsum will be treated harmlessly through scientific processes for the production of whisker gypsum series products. This product belongs to high-performance environmentally friendly materials and can be used as a reinforcing filler for modified engineering plastics, replacing traditional materials to reduce environmental pollution. After the overall project is put into operation and reaches production capacity, about 1 million tons of phosphogypsum will be recycled and processed annually, and about 200000 tons of whisker gypsum will be produced annually.
【 Reasons and conditions for construction 】 Longyan has a good foundation in the new materials industry. Raw and auxiliary materials can be supplied through the local enterprise matching market in Longyan. The power supply for this project is led from the 10kV overhead line in Longzhou Industrial Park to our substation, with a reliability of 99.9%. The local power supply is sufficient to ensure the electricity demand; The water for this project is directly supplied by the municipal water supply network of Longzhou Industrial Park, which can meet the water demand of this project. The proposed enterprise for this project, Longyan Xinyihao Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech environmental protection material company with several related invention patents, exclusive patents for pollution-free recycling, energy saving and high efficiency, surpassing traditional methods to create a new field of environmentally friendly modified materials. With the support of technical consultants from the School of Metallurgy at Central South University and through independent research and development, we have mastered the core technology of harmless treatment of phosphogypsum and produced environmentally friendly materials encouraged by the country.
