【 Reasons and Conditions for Construction 】 Semiconductor lead frames are the core and key materials for integrated circuits and discrete device packaging, widely used in fields such as artificial intelligence, consumer electronics, and automotive electronics, with sustained strong market demand. Shanghang County has a strong foundation in the gold and copper industry, with sufficient supply of copper raw materials and complete industrial supporting facilities, which can provide stable raw material support and mature production support for the project. The implementation of the project can fill the gaps in the local semiconductor packaging material industry chain, promote the extension of the gold and copper industry to high-end new materials for semiconductors, achieve high-end and high value-added development of the industry chain, and at the same time undertake opportunities for spillover from the semiconductor industry, helping to cultivate and grow regional semiconductor industry clusters.
