【 Construction Scale and Content 】 The planned land area is 400 acres, with a total construction area of 240000 square meters. A production plant of 160000 square meters, a warehouse of 40000 square meters, a comprehensive office building of 20000 square meters, a research and development center of 10000 square meters, and other auxiliary buildings of 10000 square meters will be constructed. Supporting facilities such as factory hardening, walls, fire protection, greening, water supply and drainage, and power distribution will also be built. Purchase 300 sets of diaphragm production lines, stretching machines, coating machines, slitting machines and other equipment, with an annual output of 2.2 billion square meters of high-performance lithium battery separators.
【 Reasons and Conditions for Construction 】 Longjing Energy Storage currently has a capacity of 13GWh for energy storage batteries, and has partnered with EVE Energy to build a 60GWh energy storage battery project. The total local energy storage battery capacity in Shanghang will reach 73GWh. Calculated based on a membrane requirement of approximately 15 million square meters per GWh, the annual membrane requirement is approximately 1.1 billion square meters. At present, there are no large-scale diaphragm production enterprises in the region, and all diaphragms rely on external procurement, which poses supply chain risks and cost pressures. Shanghai Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic lithium battery separator enterprise. If we cooperate with Longjing Energy Storage and EVE Energy to build a separator production base, we can achieve localized supply of separators, reduce logistics costs, and ensure supply chain security. The total production capacity of the project is designed to be 2.2 billion square meters, of which half (1.1 billion square meters) is directly supplied to the local 73GWh battery cell project, and the other half is sold to domestic and foreign markets, which can meet local demand, expand market space, and enhance the project's risk resistance ability.
