【 Construction Scale and Content 】 The main construction includes raw material pretreatment workshop (ball milling, alkali decomposition), ion exchange/alkaline extraction workshop, evaporation crystallization workshop, drying and finished product packaging workshop, tungsten slag temporary storage warehouse (hazardous waste) and supporting public works (circulating water station, pure water station, sewage treatment station, substation, central control room, analysis and testing center, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, ammonia/liquid alkali tank area), auxiliary facilities (office building, dormitory, fire protection system), etc.
【 Reasons and Conditions for Construction 】 This project complies with the national tungsten industry resource control and green low-carbon policies, and is in line with the planning orientation of strengthening the tungsten industry chain and developing high-end new materials in Fujian Province, Longyan City, and Silla District. It is a key tungsten deep processing backbone project supported by the province, city, and district; Constructing an intelligent production line with an annual output of 10000 tons of ammonium paratungstate (APT), adopting advanced acid process technology, can fill the gap in high-end tungsten smelting capacity in the region, stabilize the supply of core raw materials in the industrial chain, drive the agglomeration of downstream industries such as tungsten carbide and hard alloy, enhance product added value and industrial competitiveness, promote employment and tax growth, and promote the recycling of tungsten resources and green and low-carbon development.

The development of Fujian's new materials industry is accelerating, with increasing industrial clustering effects, gradual improvement of the innovation system, and continuous enrichment of new material varieties. A group of leading backbone enterprises has been cultivated, including CATL, San'an Optoelectronics, Wanhua Chemical (Fujian), Xiamen Tungsten, Fuyao Glass, Tsingshan Group, Zijin Mining Group, Highsun Group, and Eversun Group. Leveraging the driving role of these leading enterprises, Fujian has established a number of distinctive new materials clusters with certain influence domestically and internationally, focusing on optoelectronic information materials, advanced chemical materials, new energy materials, advanced non-ferrous metal materials, rare earth new materials, stainless steel, and advanced textile functional materials. 4 industrial clusters have been selected as national-level characteristic clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises: the Fuzhou Changle Textile New Materials Cluster, the Shaowu Fluorine New Materials Cluster, the Jinjiang Sports Shoes Raw and Auxiliary Materials Cluster, and the Wuping Display Module and Material Manufacturing Cluster. The Ningde Wanwu Stainless Steel Industrial Park has been recognized as a national-level new industrialization demonstration base.
