【 Construction Scale and Content 】 The main production facilities (tungsten powder reduction workshop, carbonization workshop, batching, ball milling, granulation, screening workshop, airflow crushing, grading, packaging workshop), public works (hydrogen production station, nitrogen production station, compressed air station, circulating cooling water system, waste gas treatment, wastewater treatment), auxiliary facilities (office building, quality inspection research and development center, fire emergency facilities), etc. will be constructed.
【 Reasons and Conditions for Construction 】 This project complies with the national strategic new materials industry policy and the planning guidance of Fujian Province and Longyan City to support the development of tungsten deep processing and hard alloy industry, and meets the high-quality development of the "Mining+" economy and the construction needs of the hard alloy industry cluster in Silla District; The project relies on the existing tungsten smelting (APT) capacity and advanced technology of Xinlu Tungsten Industry to extend the construction of a 5000 ton annual tungsten carbide production line downstream, filling the gaps in local high-end tungsten powder and tungsten carbide production capacity, enhancing product added value and industrial core competitiveness, driving employment, increasing tax revenue, promoting resource recycling and green low-carbon development; The enterprise has mature technology, stable raw material supply and market channels, and sufficient and feasible project construction conditions.

The development of Fujian's new materials industry is accelerating, with increasing industrial clustering effects, gradual improvement of the innovation system, and continuous enrichment of new material varieties. A group of leading backbone enterprises has been cultivated, including CATL, San'an Optoelectronics, Wanhua Chemical (Fujian), Xiamen Tungsten, Fuyao Glass, Tsingshan Group, Zijin Mining Group, Highsun Group, and Eversun Group.
