The project is located on the west side of the Trade Avenue in Nantong Town, Minhou County, Fuzhou City. It is adjacent to the Pupu Fuzhou Logistics Center to the north, close to the Trade Avenue to the east, and next to Tingzhai Village to the west. It is also near the Fuzhou Ring Expressway, the Ningbo-Wenzhou Expressway, and the Fuzhou South Connection Line Expressway, making it convenient to reach the urban area of Fuzhou. National and provincial roads crisscross the area, highlighting its prominent location and transportation advantages. The project covers an area of 124 mu and has a planned total investment of 1.6 billion yuan. It mainly involves the construction of standard factories and production supporting facilities, aiming to create an advanced manufacturing industrial park. The main industrial types include new displays, optoelectronics, integrated circuits, communication equipment, and intelligent equipment manufacturing. The construction period of the project is approximately 18 months. It is expected that within one year after the completion and commissioning, more than 50 investment projects will be attracted, and more than 20 new enterprises will be included in the statistics. It is estimated that the average tax per mu will not be less than 300,000 yuan, and the annual contribution to the tax revenue will be no less than 37 million yuan.

In 2024, the added value of Fujian's electronic information manufacturing industry above the designated scale grew by 1.8% year-on-year, generating revenue of RMB 940.4 billion, securing the 7th position nationwide. The integrated circuits, optoelectronics, and lithium-ion battery industrial clusters each exceed RMB 200 billion in scale.
