The Fujian Provincial Data Administration recently released its 2025 list of innovative enterprises in core digital economy industries, with 24 Longyan-based enterprises making the cut--a 6-enterprise increase from the previous year.

Among them, EACON was selected as a “Future Unicorn” company, while Sunwise Semiconductor and 22 others earned “Gazelle” company recognition. According to local statistics, the selected enterprises include 7 from Longyan High-Tech Zone (Economic Development Zone), 6 from Shanghang County, 5 from Wuping County, and 2 each from the municipal area, Yongding District, and Zhangping City. They span sectors such as artificial intelligence, software and IT, and equipment manufacturing, showcasing the robust growth of Longyan’s digital economy.
