On June 26, the “Integration of Four Chains · Win-Win Future” Changtai Industrial Community Investment Promotion Conference was held at the Hyatt Hotel in Wuyuan Bay, Xiamen. The conference attracted more than 220 guests from the business communities of Xiamen, Zhangzhou, and Quanzhou, as well as representatives from universities including Xiamen University. 8 projects were signed on site, securing a total investment of RMB 1.215 billion. Additionally, Jimei District and Changtai District signed a cooperation agreement, and 4 government-industry-university-research collaboration projects were established with local universities.

At the event, Changtai District of Zhangzhou City showcased its key industries, industrial communities, investment funds, technological parks, and favorable business environment. The signed projects span a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, agriculture, and tourism. The Jimei District Bureau of Commerce and the Changtai District Council for the Promotion of International Trade signed the Framework Agreement on Establishing an Integrated Collaborative Investment Promotion Mechanism between Jimei and Changtai Districts, marking the beginning of a new chapter of complementary strengths and resource sharing between the two districts. Xiamen University, Jimei University, and Huaqiao University launched 4 government-industry-university-research collaboration projects with enterprises in Changtai District. University professors and business leaders held in-depth discussions on topics such as enterprise needs, future planning, and technological prospects, injecting intellectual vitality into the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and the upgrading of local industries. A plaque unveiling ceremony for the Changtai Investment Promotion Service Center in Xiamen was also held during the event.
