The park will be constructed in three phases. The first phase is about 140000 m², of which the plant and supporting facilities of plot a are under construction. The planned land area is about 72000 m², the total construction area is 64214.70m², the green area is 1723.93m², the new road is 2040.20m², and the total investment is 330 million Yuan. It is mainly used to undertake the transformation and upgrading of candied food processing enterprises and other investment promotion enterprises in the county. The construction content includes 4 workshops, 2 refrigerated warehouses and necessary supporting facilities, such as garbage transfer station, sewage treatment plant, equipment room, site leveling, road engineering, rainwater and sewage drainage engineering, power and telecommunication engineering, water supply engineering, street lamp engineering, greening, slope protection, etc. In the second phase, supporting residential areas will be built simultaneously; in the third phase, food intensive processing park, business district, office area, social parking lot and gas station will be further expanded to undertake various food processing enterprises and food trade logistics enterprises.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 2,548 above-designated-size food industry enterprises, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 416.603 billion. A relatively complete industrial system has been cultivated, encompassing agricultural and sideline food processing, snack food manufacturing, and the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages and refined tea. Several distinctive industries, such as fruit and vegetable processing, baked goods, candy, canned food, refined tea manufacturing, and edible fungi, hold leading positions nationwide. Anxi Tieguanyin tea and Wuyi Rock Tea have been selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's first batch of key cultivation list.
