To promote quality development of the IP industry, the city government of Fuzhou has recently published its work plan for an exemplary city with national IPs.

The top priorities of the plan include these seven aspects: facilitating quality IP creation; promoting the application of IPs with high efficacy; consolidating the protection of high-standard IPs; enhancing efficient IP management; providing high-caliber IP services; deepening top-level cooperation in IP; and nurturing a good IP culture. In addition, 22 concrete targets for the plan have already been designated.
