Working Progress in Prior Period:
Site selection, planning and feasibility study report compilation completed
Total Investment:
1000 million yuan
Expected to Attract Investment:
1000 million yuan
Content and Scale:
Construction Scale and Content The total land area of the project is 100 mu. Mainly build production workshops, laboratories, engineering research centers, office buildings and supporting affiliated works. Purchase supporting automatic production equipment and testing equipment, forming an annual production capacity of 380,000 sets of integrated die-casting lightweight components for new energy vehicles, including 120,000 sets of front cabins, 120,000 sets of rear floors, 100,000 sets of battery trays and 40,000 sets of subframes. Construction Rationale & Supporting Conditions Body parts produced by traditional stamping and welding technology have disadvantages such as multiple working procedures, heavy weight and high cost. This project adopts integrated die-casting technology, which integrates more than 70 single parts into one component, realizing more than 30% weight reduction of new energy vehicle bodies, directly increasing vehicle cruising range by 10%-15%, greatly reducing assembly procedures and cutting overall vehicle manufacturing cost by 15%-20%, accurately matching the core demands of new energy vehicles for cost reduction, efficiency improvement and cruising range upgrade, serving as a key link to promote industrial transformation from scale expansion to quality improvement. Wuping High-tech Industrial Park (County Industrial Park) expansion project has settled a large number of enterprises including air compressor manufacturers such as Yipusi, Tianbian Intelligent Equipment and Gongfu Industrial, as well as information industry enterprises from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area such as Xienkai, Weiwang Electronics, Tongrun United, Shennan Optoelectronics, Zhongchu Electronics and Tiansu Optoelectronics, laying a solid foundation for project construction.

New Energy

Fujian leverages its resource advantages to vigorously develop new energy and renewable energy, focusing on building a significant energy base along the southeastern coast and constructing a diversified clean energy supply system of “hydro, nuclear, wind, solar, gas, and storage.” By the end of 2025, installed capacity for offshore wind power reached 3.83 million kilowatts, with wind energy utilization hours ranking first nationwide for 12 consecutive years. As of the end of 2025, Fujian's power generation installed capacity exceeded 100 million kilowatts for the first time, reaching 100.49 million kilowatts. The proportion of clean energy installed capacity and generation in Fujian reached 65.8% and 57.5%, respectively, both ranking first in East China. Renewable energy has long maintained full consumption. The Fujian Three Gorges Wind Power International Industrial Park became the first industrial park in China to achieve “carbon neutrality.”
