Construction Scale and Content
The planned land area is about 50 mu with a total construction area of about 24,000 square meters. Build environmental protection equipment workshop, mining machinery workshop, precision parts finishing area, general assembly debugging area and intelligent testing center. Annual output: 120 sets of high-end environmental dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification equipment, 150 sets of intelligent mining excavation, crushing and screening equipment, and 5,000 core supporting parts, forming an intelligent and green special equipment manufacturing base.
Construction Rationale & Supporting Conditions
Longyan’s machinery equipment industry is transforming toward high-end, intelligent and green development, and environmental protection equipment and intelligent mining equipment are key development directions with continuously booming market demand. Relying on the city’s mineral resource advantages and machinery industrial foundation, Longyan High-tech Zone (Economic Development Zone) has formed an agglomeration development trend of high-end equipment and environmental protection equipment with complete industrial supporting facilities, sufficient production factor guarantees and superior business environment. Focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high-end environmental protection equipment and mining machinery, the project is in line with the park’s industrial upgrading direction, can strengthen the industrial chain of large special equipment and improve the manufacturing level of regional high-end intelligent equipment.

By the end of 2025, 130 algorithms from Fujian Province had passed the national algorithm filing for deep synthesis services within China. The artificial intelligence industry is mainly concentrated in Fuzhou and Xiamen. Policy measures such as the Ten Measures for Promoting the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Fujian Province have been released, and three provincial-level artificial intelligence industrial parks have been established in Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou.
