In 8th Jan 2018, the Administrative Committee of Fuzhou District of Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Linca Group called a press conference to announce the eBay Fujian Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park will be established in 11th Jan 2018, it will be the 1st Cross-border E-Commerce Whole Industrial Chain Zone in China.

The eBay Fujian Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, as the first global exclusive industrial park, which is jointly built by eBay and Linca Group, with a planned area of 0.1 square kilometers. It aims to the all-round industrial chain with the features of selection, payment, operation, logistic, financing, training and etc., in order to improve and perfect the Export Cross-border E-commerce Closed Loop Eco-System and whole industrial chain of Fujian province, and provide one-stop service. Meanwhile, regard as the 1st Government-Enterprise Cooperation Platform, it will provide cross-border exporters with various convenient services, evolve Fujian export enterprise into bigger and stronger, and further boost the national ranking of Fujian's Cross-border E-commerce, thus Fujian will develop into Export Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Highland. The Fujian Branch of eBay will be announced the establishment in 11th Jan 2018, it will be the 2nd branch of eBay in China.

Since eBay was started in 1995 in Silicon Village, it has became one of the largest and the most vigorous E-commerce Trading Platform in the world. In 2017, the trading volume of the platform is up to 84 billion USD. Fujian, the second largest Cross-border E-commerce Export province in China, which the export volume of Cross-border E-commerce has maintained a high growth rate of more than 35% for 3 years.
