On 7th December 2017, Skymind and Fujian Province Digital Fujian Cloud Computing Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Digital Fujian Cloud Computing Company”) signed a memorandum of understanding in Fuzhou Coastal New City Digital Fujian Cloud Computing Center, which aims at sharing resource, technology and talent to jointly build and operate the Fujian Artificial Intelligence (AI) Public Service Platform, cooperate to establish the “Brain” of Southeast China Medical and Intelligent E-Government Platform, meanwhile, start up operation in Artificial Intelligence Training, Incubation of Artificial Intelligence Industry and etc., in Fuzhou, or Fujian Province and even nationwide, both parties shall work together to advance the sustained development of Fujian Artificial Intelligence Industry, launch system cooperation and joint innovation in production, learning, scientific research and practice, with the purpose of supporting the upgrading and updating of traditional enterprises and industries in Fujian. 

Both parties will endeavour to develop the deepen cooperation and communication, with the concept of “Opening, Connecting, Valuable Sharing”, on the basis of fruit of “Digital Fujian” that achieved in the past 18 years and guaranteed by the solid infrastructure of Digital Fujian Cloud Computing Center, which work together to incubate the Fujian’s Artificial Intelligence “Brain” that is to build more than 20 joint research laboratories, including social credit, economic operation monitoring, tax management, public security, environmental protection, safety production, market supervision and early warning, emergency management, health care, transportation, tourism, education, finance and etc., moreover, both parties will carry out the Artificial Intelligence Talent Training Project, for instance, train more than 2000 Data Processing Qualification Engineer and Neural Network Qualification Engineer, the Artificial Intelligence Deep Learning Textbook in Chinese version will come off the press, develop the cooperation to the university personnel training, set up fund to promote the development of Artificial Intelligence, conduct Internet Plus Artificial Intelligence Incubation Project and etc. 

Otherwise, Skymind have the plan to carry out a number of cooperation projects in Fujian as follows, including prepare and invest to establish Artificial Intelligence Incubator, which expect to put into operation in the first season of 2018, reach the strategic partnership with Great Power Science and Technology Co. Ltd., of State Grid Information & Telecommunication Group Co., Ltd, build Artificial Intelligence Joint Research Laboratory, push forward the development of Electric Power Big Data Industry and etc.
