Efforts should be made towards the industrial output of 20 billion RMB by the health recovery manufacturers of the province. The ranks of high yielding manufacturers are expected to include 10 enterprises capable of delivering 20 million per annum and 5 enterprises capable of delivering 100 million RMB per annum.    

The government offers priority support to the development of state or provincial innovation platforms in the area of health recovery. The newly certified innovation platforms, including state-level key laboratories, engineering laboratories and engineering (technology) research centers, should each receive an award as per Circular of Fujian Provincial People’s Government Concerning the Six Measures on Accelerating the Development of High Level Technology Research, Development and Innovation Platforms (Minzhengban [2016] No.19), up to 8 million RMB. Innovative research on the standards of health recovery accessories should be strengthened, and subsidized by the provincial financial authorities for 500 thousand RMB if the outcomes are rendered state or industrial standards.    

The high level talented individuals introduced (including full time employment, partnership, entrepreneurship and being dispatched, not including appointment) by the manufacturers of health recovery accessories, equipped with a sub-senior professional title or a doctoral degree, aged 40 or below, capable of serving the employers for 5 consecutive years or more, if meeting the criteria (Class A, B or C) of Fujian’s high level professional attraction, should be granted the settlement subsidies ranging from 250 thousand to 2 million RMB.
