Two industrial parks from Xiamen's Tong'an District recently held an investment promotion conference in Shenzhen. Xiamen Yincheng Zhigu and Xiamen Digital Industry Computing Center made a joint appearance to promote their industrial spaces, platform advantages, and development opportunities to enterprises based in Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The event was hosted by the People's Government of Tong'an District, Xiamen, and featured segments including a business environment presentation, industrial park project introductions, factory space showcases, on-site exchanges, and thematic sharing sessions.
As a key highlight of the promotion, Xiamen Yincheng Zhigu is located in the core area of the Tong'an Bay Rim. It is an innovative industry-city integration park with a total investment of nearly RMB 10 billion and a land area of approximately 1.59 million square meters, offering strong locational advantages and significant industrial carrying capacity. The park focuses on the integrated development of industry, city, and talent, and continues to improve supporting facilities for office, commercial, living, and transportation needs, providing support for enterprise settlement and talent concentration.
Xiamen Digital Industry Computing Center is situated in the dual core areas of Tong'an New City and Xiamen Science City. With a total investment of approximately RMB 6 billion and a total construction area of about 170,000 square meters, the project plans to build 2 R&D office buildings and 3 pilot test facilities. It will serve the clustered development of enterprises from digital industries, intelligent manufacturing, and technology innovation, contributing to the construction of Xiamen's modern industrial system and the cluster-based growth of its digital economy.
A representative from the organizer stated that the joint promotion of the two industrial parks in Shenzhen will help strengthen connections between local industrial parks and enterprises, investment institutions, and industrial resources in the Greater Bay Area, attracting more high-quality projects in the digital economy, intelligent manufacturing, and technology innovation to Xiamen.
