On March 30, the Fujian Federation of Cyberspace Industries, in collaboration with the Sanming Municipal People's Government, organized the Sanming Digital Economy Industry Chain Investment Matchmaking Conference. Zhang Yuan, Director of the Education, Science, Culture, Health, and Sports Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and President of the Federation, attended the conference. Li Chun, Secretary of the CPC Sanming Municipal Committee, and Chen Yuefeng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sanming Municipal Committee and Mayor, met with representatives of key enterprises. Other attending officials included Liu Yongtong, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Fujian Media Group; Yang Guoxin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sanming Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor; and Zhang Weilin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sanming Municipal Committee and Head of the Publicity Department.

On behalf of the CPC Sanming Municipal Committee and People's Government, Yang Guoxin welcomed the attendees. He stated that Sanming is actively seizing opportunities in the digital economy, focusing on developing four vertical large-scale models in healthcare reform, forestry reform, steel, and integrated transportation. The city is accelerating the construction of the largest intelligent computing center in northwestern Fujian to energize industries with digital technologies. Sanming offers its most favorable policies, optimal application scenarios, and warmest services, sincerely inviting entrepreneurs to bring high-quality projects, cutting-edge technologies, and high-end resources to the city for mutual development.

Zhang Jishu, Deputy Director of the Sanming Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Director of the Data Administration, introduced Sanming's basic profile, the development status of its digital economy industry chain, the investment environment, and cooperation directions. The Ecological Industrial and Trade Zone Management Committee presented investment opportunities centered on "Five Major Advantages", "Three Major Industries", and key projects.

During the conference, the Federation and the Fujian Provincial Radio and Television Network Group donated 30 sets each of a Smart Fire Remote IoT Management System and a Cultural Digitalization Service Platform System to the Sanming High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, respectively. The Cyberspace Administration under CPC Sanming Municipal Committee, Health Commission of Sanming, and Sanming Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism established ecosystem partnership relations with renowned enterprises, including Qi-An Xin, Sangfor Technologies, HealthyWay Inc., YLZ Information Technology, BTN Media Convergence Technology, and Fujian Tourism Cultural Media Group. These partnerships aim to foster in-depth cooperation in smart cybersecurity, smart healthcare, and smart cultural tourism. The event successfully facilitated a number of cooperative projects, with 10 key projects signed on stage, representing a total investment of RMB 1.555 billion.

To fully showcase the achievements in Sanming's digital economy industry development, the Federation, along with major news media, online influencers, and relevant Sanming departments, launched the "Digital Fujian, Meet in Sanming" promotional media tour. This initiative aims to explore Sanming's dynamic practices in digital development and tell vivid stories of digital and intelligent empowerment. Relevant attending officials jointly launched the activity.

A responsible person from the Federation stated that this investment matchmaking conference established a practical platform for precise government-enterprise matching and efficient resource aggregation. It has effectively promoted the landing of digital economy projects and the coordinated development of the industry chain, injecting strong digital momentum into the high-quality development of the Sanming old revolutionary base area. Moving forward, the Federation will continue to serve as a bridge and bond, deepen practical cooperation with various cities, continuously gather high-quality cyberspace resources, and support the high-quality development of Fujian's digital economy.

Over 180 representatives from the Federation's member enterprises and key Sanming-based enterprises attended the conference. They also conducted research visits to key digital enterprises and parks, including Min Guang Yun Shang, Sanming-ZGC Science Park, and Hisea Digital Technology.
