Recently, Xinluo District in Longyan City held a signing ceremony for industrial projects planned and attracted under the leadership of its officials for 2026. 12 key projects were signed and landed, with a total investment reaching RMB 3.852 billion.
It is reported that the 12 signed projects are distinctive and possess prominent advantages, with their industrial layout highly aligned with Xinluo District's key development directions. Among them, there are 5 mechanical equipment industry projects with a total investment of RMB 668 million; 4 new materials industry projects with a total investment of RMB 1.506 billion; 2 building materials industry projects with a total investment of RMB 1.158 billion; and 1 cultural tourism and wellness industry project with a total investment of RMB 520 million. This forms a favorable pattern of multi-industry collaborative effort and simultaneous advancement.
The new materials industry is a key focus area of this signing round. Notably, the Xinluo Run Feng Color Masterbatch Production Project, with a total investment of RMB 510 million, is invested and constructed by the Guangdong Run Feng Sci. & Tech Co., Ltd., a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise that uses specialized and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products. After achieving full production and efficiency, it is expected to produce 50,000 tons of color masterbatch annually, with an estimated annual output value of approximately RMB 800 million. Projects like the New Polymer Hydrophobic Material Production Project were also signed simultaneously. After operation, they will further extend the new materials industry chain and enhance the industry's core competitiveness. In the mechanical equipment sector, projects such as the Yueshan "Smart Electric Drive + Digital Twin" Mining Equipment Production Project and the Extra-Large Hercules Mining Truck Bucket and Large Mining Tool Equipment Project focus on mining equipment upgrades and high-end component manufacturing. Utilizing advanced technologies like digital twin and energy-saving carbon reduction, they aim to assist the mining industry's transition towards electrification and reduced manpower, driving the mechanical equipment industry towards high-end and intelligent upgrades.
