On December 28, the 2025 Fujian Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (FSOAA) Annual Academic Conference & the Aviation Industry Innovation Achievements Exhibition & Precise Supply‑Demand Matching Conference was held at Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College. Over 150 participants, including senior aviation experts, university professors, technical leaders from research institutes, and representatives from aviation manufacturing, component production, aviation services, and drone enterprises, gathered to discuss industry trends and explore development strategies.
China’s 15th Five-Year Plan explicitly calls for accelerating the growth of strategic emerging industries, including aerospace and the low-altitude economy, providing clear direction for Fujian’s aviation sector. This event featured policy interpretations, academic exchanges, achievement showcases, supply-demand matchmaking, and project signings, serving as a bridge for collaboration among regulators, academia, and industry.
During the keynote speeches, experts delved into 4 key topics: AI-driven aviation equipment design and operations, planning for high-quality low-altitude economic development, innovations in low-altitude insurance and security, and the establishment of a “government-university-industry-enterprise” collaborative ecosystem, offering intellectual support for industrial advancement.
Preliminary negotiations culminated in the signing of multiple technology cooperation and industry-academia-research integration projects. These outcomes not only reflect mutual benefits for stakeholders but also inject new momentum into Fujian’s aviation industry to implement the 15th Five-Year Plan.
On the same day, the FSOAA launched a dedicated “Fujian Low-Altitude Economy Technology Volunteer Service” initiative, forming an expert team to provide policy briefings, technical guidance, and one-on-one consultations for over 50 aviation and low-altitude economy enterprises, addressing practical challenges.
An FSOAA representative stated that they will further strengthen the “regulator-academia-industry” collaboration mechanism to deepen integration between aviation and the low-altitude economy.
