The World Maritime Equipment Conference 2025, hosted by the Fujian Provincial People's Government, commenced in Fuzhou on October 16. Under the theme “Setting Sail for Greener Development”, this year’s conference highlights key advancements in maritime equipment. By fostering collaborative innovation across the industry chain, facilitating business matchmaking, and promoting the transformation of achievements, the event aims to drive the sector toward higher-end, greener, and smarter solutions.

Running from October 16 to 19, the conference features a comprehensive “1+4+13” activity lineup, including: the opening ceremony, the Fujian Marine Economy Industry Cooperation and Innovation Development Conference, Fujian’s Progress and Vision in Developing a National Marine Economy Demonstration Zone, Maritime Equipment Conference (Main Forum), Maritime Innovation Five-Chain Integration Promotion Event, as well as 13 specialized sub-forums. Additional events include the 2025 3rd China Marine Equipment Expo, the 2025 International Maritime Organization Sustainable Maritime Innovation Seminar, the 2025 Fuzhou International Sailing Invitational, and the Marine Industry Integration and Innovation Competition.
