Recently, at the opening ceremony of the 2025 World Manufacturing Convention, the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Enterprise Directors Association released the 2025 China Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises list, with Fujian ranking seventh province-wide with 22 companies.

According to the list, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. and Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. entered the top 100, ranking 28th and 33rd respectively. In the 100–200 range, there are eight companies: Fujian Great Donghai Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Zhongjing Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., Highsun Holding Group Co., Ltd., Yongrong Holding Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Guangyuan Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd., Fujian Energy Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., Fujian JinLun Fiber Shareholding Company Limited, and Sanbao Group Co., Ltd. In the 200–300 range, there are two companies: ANTA Sports Products Limited and Fujian Provincial Sansteel (Group) Co., Ltd. In the 300–400 range, there are four companies: Fujian Electronics & Information (Group) Co., Ltd., Fujian Billion Polymerization Fiber Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., Fujian Fuhaichuang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. In the 400–500 range, there are six companies: Shengtun Mining Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Changyuan Textile Co., Ltd., Xiamen King Long Motor Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Sunner Development Co., Ltd., Dali Foods Group Co., Ltd., and Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

Compared with the 2024 China Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises list, the number of Fujian companies on the list remains unchanged, but their overall national ranking has risen by one position. Among them, 14 companies have improved their rankings compared with last year. The number of companies in the top 100 remains the same, while the 100–200 range has increased by two companies this year.

The list shows that since the 14th Five-Year Plan, China’s large manufacturing enterprises have been driven by technological innovation, accelerating the cultivation of new types of productive forces. Industrial structures have been continuously optimized, providing strong support for strengthening the foundation of the real economy and promoting the development of a modern industrial system. The overall scale of companies entering the China Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises has reached a new level, with the entry threshold rising from RMB11.091 billion at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan period to RMB17.365 billion.
