On the morning of June 18, the 8th World Fujian-Origin Entrepreneurs Conference commenced in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.

Co-hosted by the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Fujian Provincial People's Government, and the China Overseas Friendship Association, the conference brought together more than 1,600 representatives of Fujian entrepreneurs and distinguished guests from 91 countries and regions. Participants gathered in Fuzhou, sharing hometown bonds, discussing development strategies, and envisioning the future of the Fujian business community.

Under the theme “Gathering Fujian Strength, Striving Together for Excellence”, this year’s conference features key events such as the Fujian Investment Promotion Conference and the Fujian Financial Empowerment Matchmaking for New-Quality Productive Forces. These activities are designed to provide a platform for Fujian entrepreneurs to foster hometown ties and pursue mutually beneficial cooperation.

To unite the strength of the new generation of Fujian entrepreneurs, the inaugural Global Next-Generation Fujian Entrepreneurs Conference will be held as part of the 8th World Fujian-Origin Entrepreneurs Conference.

Rooted in Fujian and reaching out to the world, the World Fujian-Origin Entrepreneurs Conference is held every three years and has been successfully organized seven times. It serves as a major platform to promote Fujian-origin entrepreneurship, unite Fujian-origin entrepreneurs both at home and abroad, enhance openness, strengthen networking, attract investment, facilitate project matchmaking, and foster cooperation among business associations—all with the goal of driving high-quality development in Fujian. This year’s conference is dedicated to empowering a range of activity platforms to strengthen investment promotion, broaden channels for attracting investment, and strive to bring in more major and high-quality projects.
