In accordance with the provisions outlined in the Rewarding Measures for Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Awards, the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Awards Committee recently conducted the evaluation process for Fujian 2023 Provincial Science and Technology Awards. After thorough deliberation, the Committee has decided to honor the scientific and technological personnel and organizations that have made significant contributions to advancements in science and technology in 2023.

For the Fujian Provincial Natural Science Awards, 5 achievements, including "Research on Irradiation Behavior and Mechanisms of New Materials for Nuclear Reactors", have been awarded the First Prize. 6 achievements, such as "Quantum Groups and Tensor Categories", have received the Second Prize, while 12 achievements, including "Research and Application of Novel Mechanisms of Nuclear Receptors in Tumors and Diseases", have been granted the Third Prize.

For the Fujian Provincial Technology Invention Awards, 2 achievements, including "High-Speed Flight Technology and Its Application in High-Frequency Scientific Experiments in Commercial Spaceflight", have been awarded the First Prize. The "Defect Array Eddy Current Testing Technology and Application for Rail Transit Facilities" has been granted the Second Prize.

For Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Progress Awards, the First Prize has been awarded to 23 achievements, including "Key Technologies and Applications for the Design and Construction of Large-Capacity Offshore Wind Turbine Rock-Socketed Monopile Foundations in Complex Rocky Sea Areas". The Second Prize has been awarded to 49 achievements, including "Key Evaluation Technology and Engineering Application for Environmental Damage of Nuclear Power Materials". The Third Prize has been awarded to 93 achievements, including "Practical Design Method for Large Building Structures Under Multi-Hazard Coupling and Key Technologies for Coordinated Disaster Control".

For the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Commercialization Awards, the Second Prize has been awarded to 2 achievements, including the "Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for the Preparation of High-Performance Aluminum Alloy Sheets for New Energy Vehicles". The Third Prize has been awarded to 2 achievements, including the "Large-Scale Application of New Suction Pile Foundations in Deep Offshore Wind Farms on the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits".
