Recently, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources updated the Fujian Province Industrial Project Construction Land Control Indicators (2013 Edition) to better align with the development needs of industrial projects in Fujian province and to enhance the efficiency and benefits of industrial land use. The newly revised indicator is a vital standard for determining the scale of land use for industrial projects and evaluating the efficiency of industrial land utilization. It must be rigorously applied to all new, renovated, and expanded industrial projects.
This revision includes increasing the minimum floor area ratio for 25 industries and stipulates that the floor area ratio for standard factory buildings must be at least 2.0. Simultaneously, the minimum floor area ratio for the petrochemical industry has been adjusted to better align with the sector's specific characteristics. The green space ratio indicator has been abolished, with a new emphasis on ensuring that industrial parks allocate green space according to their overall plans. Additionally, the construction of garden-style factories unrelated to industrial production is now prohibited. Allow for the expansion of building areas dedicated to R&D, design, testing, and pilot facilities essential for industrial production. Additionally, permit an increase in the proportion of land and building areas allocated for supporting facilities, specifically for the construction of dormitory-type rental housing. Revise the fixed asset investment intensity indicators for 31 industries, including the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing sector. Adjust the investment intensity based on different land categories to further enhance the efficiency of industrial land use.
