To stimulate “sleeping” patents and promote the conversion of patents from universities and research institutions into tangible productive assets, the Fujian Administration for Market Regulation (Fujian Intellectual Property Administration) has promptly implemented specific measures and introduced comprehensive strategies. Currently, our province has conducted an inventory of 34,600 patents, with an inventory completion rate of over 99%. This rate surpasses the national average progress of 73% by 26 percentage points, ranking second nationwide.
