In 2020, the industrial enterprises industrial companies with annual revenue of more than RMB 20 million increased their added value by 6.3 percent year on year, with revenue exceeding RMB 530 billion. The output of processed stainless steel and tungsten products ranked first and that of gold, tungsten, and compound products ranked at the forefront of the country. Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. became the biggest manufacturer of tungsten products in the world.

In 2020, the added value of industrial enterprises with annual revenue of more than RMB 20 million increased by 5.1 percent year on year, and the revenue of the industry exceeded RMB 480 billion. The output of stone and building ceramics ranked among the top in China.
