On December 7th, a top local enterprise press conference jointly organized by the Municipal Government of Putian, the Provincial Enterprise Federation, the Provincial Radio, Film and Television Group, and the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences was held in Putian City.

The conference released four lists regarding top enterprises, such as the Top 100 Fujianese Enterprises in 2022, the Top 100 Fujianese Manufacturers in 2022, the Top 100 Fujianese Enterprises in the Service Sector in 2022, and the Top 100 Fujianese Enterprises in Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance in 2022.

According to published information, to qualify as a Top 100 Fujianese Enterprise, enterprises needed to have a total annual revenue of no less than 10.022 billion yuan. These Fujianese enterprises exceeded the threshold amount of 10 billion yuan, up 19.97% from last year, and the total revenue of all enterprises in this category combined was 5.41284 trillion yuan, which increased by 19.3% year-on-year. Ten of these enterprises had an operating revenue of over 100 billion yuan; only eight enterprises in this category managed to achieve this in 2021. The total net profit of all these enterprises grew by 19.8% from the previous year, reaching 276.7 billion yuan. Six of them had a net profit of over 10 billion yuan. The threshold amounts needed to be included in the Top 100 Fujianese Manufacturers in 2022, the Top 100 Fujianese Enterprises in the Service Sector in 2022, and the Top 100 Fujianese Enterprises in Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance in 2022 were 4.081 billion yuan (up 34.33%), 4.2 billion yuan (up 20.66%), and 811 million yuan (up 41.04%), respectively.
