A few days ago, the Tianyancha Research Institute released the Insight Report on "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" Enterprise Top Ten Cities (hereinafter referred to as the Report) and pointed out that the top ten cities with the largest number of "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises are Beijing, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Qingdao, Dongguan, and Xiamen. 

According to the Report, "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises are mainly distributed in Intelligent manufacturing, computer, communication, and technological innovation and service industries that empower manufacturing. More than half of the top ten cities in terms of the number of "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises are located in the eastern coastal area. In particular, at the national level, Beijing comes at the top, and Ningbo ranks first among the cities at the prefecture level. In addition, the proportion of "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises with more than 600 patents is higher in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other cities. 

In recent years, the number of "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises in Xiamen has long been ranking favorably compared with other cities in Fujian Province. A superb industrial ecosystem has been under development in Xiamen, constantly unleashing the potential of "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises. In the past two years, Xiamen has launched a series of practical measures, such as selecting 15 service institutions to provide 20 professional services for "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises; it also applied for a national special fund of RMB 51.15 million for small and medium-sized enterprises to subsidize the high-quality development of "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" small and medium-sized enterprises; Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries has issued "Ten Terms for Specialized, Refined, Special, and New"..., a policy of "precise drip irrigation," to transform "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" enterprises into a new driving force behind Xiamen's continued high-quality development.
