Quanzhou has supported private capital to invest in the construction of a public technical service platform for integrated circuit design industry, providing services such as technology research and development, inspection and testing, intellectual property rights, exhibition and exchange, etc. For fees incurred from the platform purchasing IP, design tools and software, test and analysis instruments and equipment (based on duty-paid invoices), financial subsidies of no more than 30% and no more than 10 million yuan shall be granted.
